Social responsibility in our company
At Tysweld, we actively implement the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy, believing that business success goes hand in hand with social responsibility.
In all our activities, we strive to be a responsible partner for our Clients, Employees and the local community.
Already at the planning stage of launching the production of welding wires, aware of the shared responsibility for the planet, we set the main goals that allowed us to minimize the negative impact on the environment. We can proudly boast about the minimized amount of pollution and waste produced, thanks to:

– building awareness and a sense of responsibility for future generations among Employees.
We operate under the principles of sustainable development, caring for the natural environment, supporting local communities and promoting fair business practices. We are involved in numerous charitable initiatives, we invest in education and health, and we try to minimize our impact on the environment through innovative solutions and ecological technologies.

We strive to create a positive impact on society and the environment through the Corporate Social Responsibility strategy. Our activities focus on three key areas
Area 1
Sustainable development and environmental protection
We are investing in renewable energy sources. A 1MW photovoltaic farm is being built on the premises of the plant! This will allow us to reduce the consumption of energy from conventional sources by as much as 70%.
We have developed and implemented an innovative technology, thanks to which we have reduced 99.9% of dust generated in the production process. Moreover, thanks to this technology, our products emit less smoke and harmful fumes during the welding process, which has a beneficial effect on the environment and the health of welders.
A number of innovations in the QBA_innovation technology developed and implemented by Tysweld allow for a reduction in energy consumption in the production process.
We selectively manage waste in production areas and office spaces. We introduce recycling and waste minimization programs, and we outsource the disposal of hazardous waste to selected entities.
We design our products with their impact on the environment in mind, using materials friendly to ecosystems. We are minimizing packaging and introducing reusable packaging.
Area 2
Employee and local community support
Education and training. We organize educational and training programs, supporting the professional and personal development of our employees.
Health and activity. In order to ensure the health and safety of our employees, we offer an insurance package, private medical care and physical activity financing packages in our benefits package.
Attractive remuneration system. Additionally, in addition to the basic salary, our employees have the opportunity to receive various financial benefits, such as: annual bonuses – additional remuneration at the end of the year, appreciating year-round work and commitment. Performance bonuses – awards for achieving set goals. Christmas bonuses – special bonuses awarded on the occasion of the holidays, so that our employees can enjoy special time with their families.
Volunteering. We encourage our employees to get involved in volunteer activities, allocating the budget for charitable purposes.
