We have been writing our history for 27 years. We started as a local family business and today, our reach goes beyond the borders of Europe. We are proud that cooperation with our Partners is built on lasting relationships and a family atmosphere has remained within the team. Most of our co-workers have been with us from the beginning.
Returning to 1997, we recall with emotion our enthusiasm and ambition, we lived dreams, thanks to which we are where we are today. A completely new chapter, new challenges and ambitions are ahead of us. However, looking at what we have achieved so far as a team, we know that we are ready to write the next chapters of our history.
The Beginning
On the initiative of Mr. Tomasz Anioł, the company “TIS” is established, initially dealing with the agricultural industry and multi-directional trade.

Welding direction
The company focuses its main business profile on welding materials. “TIS” becomes the official representative of the ESAB brand and the Polish
Cedler Steelworks.
First Tysweld logo and brand
A breakthrough year in the history of the “TIS” company, which opens and registers the TYSWELD brand trademark. New headquarters
After the old headquarters became too small for the constantly growing company, construction began on a new building at ul. Błonia 5, Pilzno.

“TIS” is strongly committed to the development of export sales, expanding the sales network with a territorial reach in over 20 new
markets.
Tysweld in Germany
This year is the year of the establishment of TYSWELD GmbH based in Berlin, which takes over the TYSWELD brand.

Production
Due to the dynamic development of the company, a decision is made to build a production hall, and thus to change the profile of the trading company’s activity to production and trade. The area of the new facility will be 2,828 m2. The project assumes the production of welding materials in an innovative system. The company receives subsidies from European Funds in the amount of PLN 6 million.
