To responsibly fulfill our goals, In 2020, we launched our own modern welding wire factory, which uses our proprietary and patented QBA_innovation technology, and we use raw materials from the best European steelworks to produce wire.
We have a fully equipped research laboratory and a dedicated supply chain center, sourcing raw materials exclusively from European suppliers. This ensures that our products are always delivered on time, with the highest and most consistent quality.

Stable arc and consistent wire feeding without tangling
The perfect geometry of Tysweld PRO wires and the absence of internal stresses ensure smooth wire feeding from the feeder, even when using long guides, while eliminating wire birdnesting and arc wandering. Tysweld PRO wire guarantees a stable arc even at high current intensities. The wire cleaning technology and innovations in the drawing process used in Tysweld ensure that the wires from the Tysweld PRO line eliminate unnecessary resistance, reducing the wear on equipment, current tips, and minimizing electricity consumption.
Clean welds without inclusions and with low levels of spatter and silicates
The QBA_innovation welding wire production technology allows for a 99% removal of residual metallurgical impurities from the wire rod, while the use of sodium soaps in the drawing process eliminates process contaminants. This enables precise control over the copper-plating process, and the benefits of perfectly cleaned wire with a low copper content include reduced spatter, inclusions, and silicates, improved mechanical strength and weld aesthetics, as well as lower smoke and dust emissions.
Durable copper coating and reduced wear on welding parts and equipment
A series of innovations developed and implemented by Tysweld in the production process of wires from the Tysweld PRO line, along with multi-area quality control, allow for fully controllable copper-plating. Process optimization and the well-prepared wire surface significantly minimize the known issue of copper flaking/scraping, which reduces the time required for service and cleaning of equipment, as well as the replacement of clogged guides. The optimal copper coating also guarantees good electrical conductivity and clean welds.

Innovative technology for the production of solid welding wire
QBA Innovation. Innovative technology for the production of solid welding wire. In 2018, we patented our technology for the production of welding wire based on three innovations:
1. Cleaning the wire rod using the “Water Jet” method at a pressure of 600 bar, thanks to which the surface of the wire is free from surface defects caused by traditional brushing, and all metallurgical impurities are removed by 99%.
2. “No-Twist” – coiling after pre-drawing without winding, we allow the wire to freely arrange itself in special baskets called coilers, thanks to which we eliminate the formation of internal wire stresses, ensuring the ideal geometry of the final product.
3. Eliminating lime from the drawing process and replacing it with sodium soaps, thanks to which we eliminate process impurities, which ensures, among others, excellent copper adhesion and high-quality welds.

The Tysweld PRO wires allow for achieving exceptional weld strength parameters, ensuring low levels of contamination, including inclusions and silicates, while minimizing spatter, thus shortening the process by reducing the time needed for cleaning the welds.
A key feature of Tysweld PRO wires is their geometry, which ensures smooth and even wire feeding, thereby guaranteeing a stable arc even at high welding currents. Using Tysweld PRO wires also helps reduce overall welding costs by shortening the process, as mentioned earlier, as well as by lowering the wear on current tips and extending the intervals between scheduled and unscheduled equipment servicing.
