Why Tysweld PRO wire

No Twist

The ideal geometry ensures even wire feeding and eliminates the arc wandering effect.

Thanks to the “No Twist” Technology – an innovative method of winding the wire without winding it on the drum during pre-drawing, the wire is laid freely in special baskets, which reduces the internal stresses in the solid wire and twists in the final product, and this in turn ensures even and straight feeding of the wire in the welding torch, eliminating the undesirable effect of arc wandering.

This guarantees stable operation, in particular of automated welding devices, minimizing jams and unforeseen downtime.

Water Jet and Soda Soaps

Perfectly clean wire ensures a high-quality weld and eliminates the so-called flaking and crumbling of copper.

The innovative method of cleaning the wire rod using a high-pressure water jet “WaterJet” supports traditional wire brushing by minimizing damage to its surface and eliminates 99% of scale and heavy oxides, and replacing the commonly used lime with an original composition of drawing soaps allows for the stabilization of drawing parameters, eliminates process contamination, allows for the optimization of thickness and significantly improves the quality of the copper coating, eliminating the known problem of copper flaking / crumbling.

Clean wire free of metallurgical and technological contamination
eliminates internal defects of welds and the smooth surface of the wire reduces wear of devices and allows for the extension of service intervals.
