    Personal data provided in the contact form will be processed for the purpose of accepting the contact inquiry, considering the inquiry and providing an answer, on the basis of art. 6 sec. 1 letter f of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) – hereinafter referred to as GDPR, i.e. the legitimate interest of TIS Tomasz Anioł. The legitimate interest is to respond to your inquiry and establish business contact.

    The recipients of personal data will be employees or associates of TIS Tomasz Anioł, as well as entities providing support to TIS Tomasz Anioł on the basis of commissioned services and in accordance with concluded entrustment agreements (e.g. IT service providers).
