TYSWELD had developed an innovative method of cleaning the rolled steel by a high-pressure water stream. This helps traditional brushing of the wire of scale and heavy oxides – ensuring perfect purity of steel before preliminary drawing, and during the process – reduces the scale by 99.9% and eliminates ambient dust.
This patented technology also covers the process of dry wire drawing up to the preliminary diameter (instead of emulsion use), reuse of the water under high pressure, additional chemical etching and calibration following copper coating. These process guarantee perfect adhesion and resistance to flaking of the copper coat, and this reduces the risk of clogging of the welding grip system by contaminants. This is particularly important at automated work stations.

TYSWELD had developed a method of coiling wire without rolling it up on a drum during preliminary drawing. The wire is arranged freely in special baskets, reducing own tension in the solid wire and twisting, which in turn ensures even and straight delivery of the wire in the welding grip, without so-called arc wandering. Welding stability means a high-quality weld, higher production performance and comfort of work at the welding station.
